The Agent Curator allows you to include specific natural products and procedures in the final Client Report. Like the Food Curator, it is a run-time curation (unlike the Genomic, Algorithm and Protocol curators, you cannot save your settings as multiple datasets.)
The Agent Curator app presents highly rated agents based on the outcome of the client's genotype data. This is based on the number of gene hits, the strength of the studies reporting the results, and the typeof study (human, animal, in vitro.) Although the aggregate score is the actual indication result, the 'Power Index' is a more sensitive, nuanced, measure. Like many Opus 23 Pro apps, it is designed as a sortable, searchable table. To tag an agent for inclusion in the Client Report, tick the 'Curate' checkbox. When you've made all you selections, press the 'Save Agent Dataset' button to save your selections.
Adding Agents to the Current Protocol
You can add agent to the current protocol 'on the fly' from the Agent Curator by clicking the add to protocol icon. Agents added to a protocol are classed as 'Natural Agents.'
