The Dashboard

Opus 23 Pro dashboard is your control center, accessed from the 'Dash’ link in the 'Manage' menu located on the main toolbar. Here you will see your account status and a list of your uploaded client profiles. Clicking on the name of the client makes that client active in Opus 23 pro. Clicking on the pencil icon next to a client’s name opens a pop-up box where you can edit the client’s details and add data such as blood type, secretor status, GenoType and pathologies.

Other functions are accessible from the Dashboard in scrollable boxes:

Editor PubMed Feed: showing the most recent high-impact PubMed articles added by editors. Clicking on a title opens a pop-up box showing the article abstract (if available), the average rating by Opus 23 editors and any agonist or antagonist action of genes by natural products defined in the article.
New SNPs: showing recently added SNPs by rs ID number, gene symbol and the power factor assigned by Opus 23 Pro editors. Clicking on the rs ID opens a pop-up with details of the SNP. Clicking on the gene symbol opens a pop-up with information about the gene and all SNPs of that gene currently listed in the Opus 23 database.
New Maps: this shows new maps that have been added to the Opus 23 Pro database. Clicking on the map name will open it showing the currently loaded client’s SNP.
New Algorithms: showing recent additions of Opus 23 Pro algorithms in LUMEN that have been added to the database. Each link triggers a pop-up or action (i.e. clicking on a new algorithm will run that algorithm for the active client).
New Agent/Gene Links: showing natural agents, associated genes, the type of study, and whether agonist or antagonist. Clicking on the gene name will open a pop-up box showing a graph of all natural product associations with that gene listed in the Opus 23 Pro database. The number of associations with antagonistic effects for each agent is shown as a negative number to the left of zero, and agonistic effects as a positive number to the right of zero.
