 Help DocsListing and Loading ClientsFrom the 'Manage' link on the main menu, hover over 'Your Profiles' until a second menu list appears, then select Load/ List Clients This page presents you with a list of your current clients, including a sample client. Click on any name to load that client's data. You can always check to see which client is currently loaded by looking at the line below the top menu bar. Loading a client profile will load the SNPs listed in the Opus 23 Pro database at the time the client data was uploaded, or at the time the client was last re-indexed. If new SNP data has been added to Opus 23 Pro since that time, Opus 23 Pro will need to be re-index the client's genotype file to use those SNPs. Opus 23 Pro will check to see if the current client files are up to date whenever you load a new client, and will re-index the client files if needed. Re-indexing typically adds a few seconds to the time it takes to load a client. If Opus 23 Pro has re-indexed the client files it will alert you to this when the confirmation screen appears. |
